Downloads & Files
What file formats are included in each bundle?+
Every bundle includes PNG (transparent background, 300 DPI), PSD (layered Adobe Photoshop), and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files — fully print-ready out of the box.
How do I download my files after purchase?+
Immediately after checkout you will receive an email with your download link. You can also access all your purchases anytime from your Account → My Downloads page.
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?+
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, sign in to your account and visit the Downloads page — your files will be there. Still having trouble? Email us at support@printyouth.in with your order ID.
Do download links expire?+
Download links in emails expire after 48 hours for security. However, you can always re-download your files from your Account → My Downloads page — those never expire.
What resolution are the files?+
All PNG files are 300 DPI, which is the industry standard for high-quality print. They are ready to upload directly to any POD platform.
License & Usage
Can I use these designs to sell products?+
Yes. Every purchase includes a full commercial license allowing you to sell unlimited products on any print-on-demand platform — Printful, Printify, Merch by Amazon, Etsy, Redbubble, and more.
Is there a limit on how many products I can sell?+
No. Sell as many products as you want — 10 or 10,000 — with zero royalties, forever.
Can I modify the designs?+
Yes, you can resize, recolor, and adapt the designs for your product listings using the PSD or AI files.
Can I sell the design files themselves?+
No. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the raw PNG, PSD, or AI files. The license covers use on physical products only.
Does the license cover multiple stores?+
Yes — your license covers all your own stores and POD accounts. You may not share or transfer the files to other sellers.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. International cards are also accepted.
Are prices shown in INR?+
Prices are shown in your local currency where available. The base currency is Indian Rupee (INR). International customers see prices converted to their local currency.
Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?+
Yes! We run occasional promotions. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to get notified of deals. Enter coupon codes at checkout.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
Refunds & Support
Do you offer refunds?+
Because design files are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. However if there is a technical problem with a file (corrupt, missing, or wrong format), contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it immediately.
What if a file is corrupt or missing?+
Email us at support@printyouth.in with your order ID and describe the issue. We will replace the file or offer a full credit — whichever you prefer.
How quickly does support respond?+
We aim to respond within 12–24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
